My name is Abby Bays and I am excited and humbled to be a member of the Board of Directors! This is my second year on the PSSCA board and am looking forward to serving with this amazing group of counselors and advocating for the profession.

I am entering my 9th year as a counselor and have spent the majority of my career as a part of Greenville County Public Schools. I have experience at both the middle and elementary levels, but am currently the proud school counselor at Monaview Elementary. I moved to the Upstate after completing my Bachelors in Psychology at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. I graduated with my Masters in Education and Education Specialist degree from Clemson (Go Tigers!) in 2013.
