We are looking for 10 graduate students in school counseling to participate as conference volunteers. PSSCA is committed to providing student volunteers with the following:

• Free 2022-2023 PSSCA membership (If this has already been paid, a refund will be issued)
• Complimentary 2023 conference registration - includes Saturday luncheon. (If this has already been paid, a refund will be issued)
• Certificate acknowledging the assistance as a conference volunteer

Student volunteers will be expected to participate in some combination of the following duties:

• Attend an orientation meeting on Thursday late afternoon/early evening
• Assist on Thursday late afternoon/evening with final conference preparations
• Help through the end of the business meeting on Saturday (noonish)
• Be assigned to multiple conference sessions – ensure room is set up, introduce the presenter(s), disseminate handouts, and collect evaluations
• Assist at the check-in table and/or with other ‘gopher’ duties as assigned
• Collect lunch tickets and hand out door prize tickets
