Greetings!

I am the PSSCA Vice Chair of the Board. 

I believe in advocating for the school counseling profession, and my work on the board has given me the opportunity to do just that. I thank you for trusting me and our fellow board members with the opportunity to give back to you and the other amazing school counselors in our state.

I am currently serving in my 15th year as a school counselor in South Carolina, and I am currently the Director of School Counseling at Pelion Middle School, a RAMP school. I have previously worked in three RAMP high schools in the Midlands and the Lowcountry. I am also a National Board Certified Counselor, Global Career Development Facilitator, and the 2020 PSSCA Middle School Counselor of the Year. Most importantly, I am a husband, a father (to three children and two dogs), a graduate of the University of Missouri, and a runner.
